Terms:

• PCI reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to low enrollment or if unforeseen circumstances arise, which would make the event nonviable.  If PCI cancels or reschedules the event, we shall inform you as soon as possible, and offer you the option for a full refund or registration transfer to the same event, at the new rescheduled date.  

• Any cancellations by the Participant may result in up to a 50% cancellation fee to cover administration costs.  Please notify PCI, in writing as soon as possible if you need to cancel.  

Registration cancellation deadlines are as follows:

• Up to two weeks prior to event – refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee
• Up to one week prior to event – refund minus 50% cancellation fee
• Less than one week prior to event – no refund unless we can fill your place, in which case there will be a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee
• Failure to attend or notify PCI in writing of cancellation – no refund
• Cancellations will be accepted only via email to emmy@proclimbers.com, and must be received by the above stated cancellation deadline
